Joyeux Noël!
Every year we insist on getting into the Christmas spirit by turning our schnauzer into a mini Santa. Every year, she’s not impressed.
And these little suckers (chocolate-dipped hazelnut marbles, courtesy of Clotilde) are evil. Even more so when you put them in the freezer for 15 minutes before eating them. Our poor waistlines…

thanks for including a vegan dessert recipe! these is such a dearth of them out there [which might be a good thing since my sweet tooth is maybe never satisfied]. also, when i’m in the mood for something sweet [but am feeling remarkably lazy] i melt dark chocolate on the stove top, toss blueberries in, spoon them out in little groups onto waxed paper, pop them in the fridge for an hour or so and then feast on the delicious buggers. yum, yum, yum.
OH MY GOD Victoria, yum yum yum sounds like an understatement!! I am going to shamelessly steal your idea. I think I even have blueberries in the freezer: it’s a total sign for me to do it.
